1. Information We Collect
When you register as a creator on SMAIO or purchase a product via a creator's bio storefront, we collect information necessary to process transactions, fulfill digital orders, and settle funds to your Indian bank account. This includes your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, and payout bank details.
2. Payment & Banking Data
All payment transactions are processed securely via RBI-licensed payment aggregators (such as Razorpay). SMAIO never stores raw credit/debit card numbers or UPI MPINs. Payout details provided by creators are tokenized and encrypted with 256-bit AES standards.
3. Instagram & Meta Automations
If you link your Instagram account for comment and DM automations, we access your messaging permissions solely to send requested links and checkout links as configured in your workflows. We do not sell your audience contact information or messaging logs to third parties.
