1. Digital Downloads & Guides
Due to the immediate access and non-returnable nature of downloadable digital files (PDFs, templates, presets, spreadsheets), purchases are generally non-refundable once the file link has been accessed or delivered, unless the file was demonstrably corrupt or misdescribed.
2. 1:1 Bookings & Calls
Cancellations requested more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at the creator's discretion. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to creator approval.
3. Failed or Erroneous Transactions
If your account was debited for a transaction that failed or timed out during checkout, the payment gateway automatically initiates a reversal to your source bank account within 3 to 5 business days according to standard banking settlement rules.
