1. Creator Responsibilities
Creators using SMAIO must hold full legal rights and intellectual property ownership over any digital files, courses, guides, or consultations offered through their storefront. Unauthorized distribution of pirated material, prohibited items, or illegal content is strictly forbidden and results in immediate account suspension.
2. Payouts & Settlement
Domestic payouts are settled on a standard T+2 business day rolling schedule following successful payment confirmation via UPI or payment gateways. Creators are responsible for reporting and remitting any applicable income tax or GST according to Indian tax regulations.
3. Fees & Billing
Starter plan accounts are subject to a 5% transaction fee on successful sales. Pro plan accounts pay a flat monthly subscription with 0% platform transaction fees. Standard payment gateway processing fees apply to all transactions.
